Our team is currently recruiting for a core, fundamental position as an Human Resources Generalist

Key Accountabilities:

  • Payroll Processing
  • Benefits Administration
  • Recruitment, Orientation and Retention
  • Manage Company Contribution RRSP Program
  • Writing, Updating and Maintaining HR Policies and Procedures
  • Develop positive employee relations
  • Foster a supportive company culture
  • Organize, plan and execute company events
  • Support department supervisors with the progressive discipline process


  • Previous Human Resource experience, with a preference given to transportation knowledge
  • Work experience with Federal Labour Laws, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training, Benefits Management etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
