We are in need of an individual with a diverse skillset to assume an integral, core role in our operation as the Manager of Safety, Compliance and Employee Development.  We are proud of what we do and the team we have built. The chosen candidate will also be coming onboard at an exciting time as we collaborate to design, plan, and build our new driver and training focused facility in Georgina Ontario. 


  • Supervise, train and manage a team of drivers
  • Create, implement and manage training programs
  • Accident and damage claim management
  • WSIB case management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Driver recruitment and orientation
  • Cultivate a safety-first culture

Knowledge and Experience

  • Deep understanding of Federal health and safety regulations
  • Well versed in both Canadian and US HOS and WHIMIS
  • Ability to manage, train, motivate and lead a team
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
  • Experience in claim and accident investigation and resolution
  • Proven experience in safety related job functions
  • Ability to produce reports, develop training programs and relevant policies
